Salina Christmas Parade 2024. The day culminates with the 30th annual downtown parade of lights, which will see cars, trucks, buses and other vehicles and also animals and people parading down santa. It was one of the warmest days in memory saturday for one of salina’s biggest holiday traditions, the 32nd christmas festival and parade of lights.
